WATERSDEEP / WESTMAIN / LYNDHURST in Milton, PA 3/15
Taking place at the Art Academy of Milton
This was the end of a heavy hitter weekend. A long weekend at the end of a long work week. 3 Days of opening at my 9-5 work and 3 nights of wild shows from NYC, NJ to the middle of nowhere land Pennsylvania. This show was far out, deep in the unknown. Completely worth the four hour round trip through awful weather. And, where I found out how long and truly dreadful route 80 could be. Especially in the middle of a very dark night, through a ton of heavy rains and apparently they don’t keep their highways very well lit. Not even a little bit. Anyway, as I stated, this trip was so very well worth it. The venue was a really cool experience, especially in such a small town. This kind of place felt very unexpected. The line up of bands was a great fit. It started off heavy and got to a lighter pop punk vibe to end the night, all while everyone kept the energy intense the whole night.
